Abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone crossing boundaries will be banned, and no refunds will be issued.

Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access at our premises.

2. Bookings & Payment

All treatments, classes, and events are recommended to be booked in advance.

Walk-ins are accepted if there is availability.

Payment is required at the time of booking, either via our website, Eventbrite where applicable, or card machine on-site.

Discounts apply once per person and per item unless otherwise stated in specific marketing campaigns.

We reserve the right to change our offerings, services, promotions, and prices at any time. All changes will be announced in advance.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment by contacting Ana, the therapist.

No refunds are issued for cancellations.

Packages are non-refundable, but rescheduling follows the same 48-hour policy.

Clients may be required to complete a medical form prior to treatment.

Treatments received outside of completed waivers are undertaken at your own risk.
