I understand that life can be unpredictable. To keep things fair and respectful of everyone’s time and energy, please note the following: ● Rescheduling You’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Just message me directly, and we’ll find a new time that suits you. ● Cancellations More than 48 hours in advance: I offer rescheduling only, as Wix applies a 2.1% non-refundable fee for all bookings. I appreciate your understanding. Less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows: The session is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it’s difficult to fill the spot at short notice. --- Thank you for respecting this policy.
